Cain's Junk Removal Services LLC is a family business out of Eight Mile, Alabama.

We started Cain's because hauling in this area had a reputation problem. People kept telling us the same story: they called someone, got a promise, and then nobody showed up.
So we built the business around the boring part — answering the phone, arriving when we said we would, and quoting a number we stick to. That's where "fast & reliable" came from. It's not a slogan we picked because it sounded good; it's the thing customers said was missing.
When you call, you get Cowen or Cassidy. Not a dispatcher, not a franchise call center, and not a different subcontractor every visit.
Three things we don't compromise on
We show up
If we give you a time, we're there. One customer had two other haulers no-show before calling us — we looked at it that day and started the next morning.
The quote is the price
We price off your photos before we drive out, and we hold that number. No surprise add-ons once the trailer is in your driveway.
It doesn't all go to the dump
Metal gets recycled, usable furniture gets donated where we can, and only what's genuinely trash goes to the landfill.
One 14-yard dump trailer, and it's usually full
The black trailer with the green lettering is ours. Fourteen yards holds about six pickup loads, which covers most single-property jobs in one trip.
The same trailer does double duty: we haul junk out with it, we drop it as a rental dumpster when you'd rather load it yourself, and we deliver landscape material with it.

After two other "dependable, affordable and honest" folks never showed to look at the job, Cain's showed up on time and came the very next day to get started. They spent eight hours one day and four the next in this July heat. They did an outstanding job! I would recommend them 1000 times!
Cain's Junk removal done a amazing job of clearing out our barn of unwanted things. The owner was fast and very helpful. He was also very polite and respectful.
